Equipment and facilities :(Changzhou) With an investment of about 150 million RMB, the Phase I project completed the construction of a pilot-scale production and research and development center with a total construction area of about 9,000 square meters in the fourth quarter of 2015, as well as a total of 16,000 square meters of European-Chinese dual-standard GMP production line and supporting facilities for biological fermentation. The pilot-scale GMP tonnage fermentation tank production line was put into operation in the second quarter of 2016. The company is equipped with the most advanced analysis and testing equipment, combined with European and American industry standards of quality control and quality assurance management system, to provide guarantee for the quality of products. The Phase II Industrialization Base covers an area of 100 acre with a total investment of 350 million yuan. The foundation stone was laid in September 2015. In accordance with cGMP standards of CFDA, EMA and FDA, the production line of 10-ton fermenter will be designed and built to prepare for the large-scale production of insulin series products and their marketing.
